On November 6th, 2024, the graduation presentation meeting for the second phase of the 2024 Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Team Leader Training Program was held in the Multi-functional Hall of Administration Building. Approximately 90 participants attended, including leaders from production, quality and comprehensive management departments of each subsidiary, team leader instructors and trainees.

All the trainees completed all the training tasks as scheduled, achieving significant improvements in theoretical knowledge, expanded breadth of understanding, and enhanced skills in on-site improvement and team management. In order to better show the training effect and share the management experience, during the closing ceremony and report session of the special training camp, each group presented their closing report through diverse formats such as video interviews, PPT presentations, and role-playing dramas.
