Recently, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group and Japan Tsuneishi Group signed a joint venture agreement. According to the agreement, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding will hold 34% shares of Tsuneishi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TZS), and TZS will become an associated company of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group.
